Cancellation policy

Customers can manage or cancel their Saana Club subscription at any time before their next billing date.

To make changes:
- Log into your Khala Sana account and go to “Manage Subscription,” OR  
- Email us at info@khalasana.com with your request.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to apply for that cycle.

Once a renewal has been billed and the order packed or shipped, that cycle is non-refundable.

If a payment fails, we’ll retry automatically. Subscriptions may be paused until valid payment details are updated.
