Khala Sana Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We currently ship across South Africa. All orders are fulfilled from our Johannesburg base and delivered via trusted national couriers.
2. Shipping Fees
A flat delivery fee of R99 applies to all standard orders below R600.
Orders of R600 and above qualify for free delivery within South Africa.
Delivery costs are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Pre-orders: Dispatch begins once production and quality checks are complete. Estimated lead times are communicated by email after purchase.

In-stock items: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region or courier network delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional courier fees may apply).
6. Shipping & Taxes
Khala Sana (Pty) Ltd is not VAT-registered. All prices shown are final and exclusive of delivery. Shipping charges are added at checkout — no VAT or additional taxes apply.
