Refund policy

Returns (non-subscription orders)

• You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• To start a return, email info@khalasana.com with your order number and reason.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygiene and performance sensitivity, opened packs of guitar strings cannot be returned or refunded unless found defective.

Defects or wrong items

Please email info@khalasana.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund.

Refund process

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if defective or damaged. Email info@khalasana.com to arrange an exchange.
